The field team of our Service Department consists of experienced maintenance technicians and service technicians who maintain and repair your equipment. They have the required knowledge, skills and instruments to make sure your system is operating safely and efficiently.

Since regular maintenance is necessary for the continuous and uninterrupted operation, performance, and safety of your system, J.A. Sauer Co. offers a Customer Assurance Program (C.A.P) for its new and existing residential and commercial customers. Most new installations include first year maintenance under this program, as well as extended equipment warranties.

As a C.A.P Customer you can expect:

Our internal Service Department team maintains your customer records, such as equipment information and history, and schedules your annual maintenance and safety inspection visits.
