It was unexpectedly cold Labor Day week and we weren't getting anywhere with calls to repair our gas furnace. We called Empire and Mack was so accommodating and reassured we would have heat for the holiday. He arrived on time and showed us the problem with a birds nest in the heat exhaust pipe. He cleared the obstruction and we were up and running. It wasn't so much the extra expense which was very reasonable considering he came out at 8pm on Saturday but the fact that Mack came as promised as if it were early in the week. We have found our go to heat ac guy.
